We want you to be pleased with your purchase, so please contact us immediately at orders(at)moderneid.com if there is a problem with your order. Returns must be approved first at which time a return shipping address will be provided to you. Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt in unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom printed orders, clearance items or edible goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days*. This does not include transit time which begins AFTER your order ships out. If we encounter any out of stock items, you will be contacted via email notifying you of any delays or changes. You will receive an email notice confirming your order has shipped with tracking. *Home collection items take longer to process and ship separately, please see answer related to these items.
Please note that certain items indicate in the description that they will ship in a separate package than our other decor items. These items take 6-9 business days to ship from a separate facility, and this does include transit time to your location.
These items include:
Backdrops/Wall Tapestries, Blankets, Tablecloths, Flags, Apparel, Mugs, Cutting Boards, and Pillows.
If purchasing any of the above items along with our decor items, your decor items will ship within 1-3 business days while the Home Collection items will come in a separate shipment once completed (6-9 day turnaround). Please plan accordingly.

We also offer FedEx 2-day and Next Day options at checkout.
*Please note that USPS ECONOMY does NOT offer tracking services and we are unable to track your order once it leaves our warehouse. If your order is time sensitive or you want to be able to track it (essential for filing lost package claims), we recommend selecting a higher level shipping option to ensure prompt delivery.
Transit times begin AFTER your order has shipped out from our warehouse, typically 1-3 business days after placing your order. Exact transit times will vary depending on your distance from our warehouse and the shipping method you've selected.
*The Ramadan & Eid holidays is our busiest time of year. To ensure you receive your order on time, please place your order a minimum of 7 BUSINESS DAYS prior to needing it and select the appropriate shipping method. Allocate extra time for any items from our Home Collection (see above). We CANNOT guarantee delivery of last minute orders, or be responsible for transit delivery delays. Once your package is picked up from our facility, it's literally out of our hands.
Yes we do! Our international shipping rates are now much more competitive. Shipping transit times vary by location, order weight and carrier. Here are some general guidelines for Canada, Australia, and most European countries:
- Economy, 8-20 business days: $15.99 and up*
- Priority, 2-4 business days $29.99 and up

We are not responsible for any international customs, duty fees or taxes. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to packages being held in customs and will not be able to track it once it leaves the US.
*Due to Covid-related delays we have seen really really long transit times with economy shipping as it is dependent on the receiving country post once it leaves the US. We HIGHLY recommend choosing a priority option (FedEx) to ensure prompt delivery.
Once you purchase a digital download, after completing the checkout process you will instantly receive an email to the address provided. If you do not receive it right away, check your spam/junk folder or contact us immediately. The email will provide a link where you can download your digital items. Open the PDF files and send to print. Each download includes instructions to guide you.
