How long will it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock items ship out within 1-3 business days with the exception of items marked BACKORDERED.Transit times begin AFTER your order has shipped out, typically 1-3 days after placing your order. Exact transit times will vary depending on your distance from our warehouse and the shipping method you've selected. If we encounter any out of stock items, you will be contacted via email notifying you of any delays. You will receive a notice confirming your order has shipped.
*The Ramadan & Eid holidays is our busiest time of year. To ensure you receive your order on time, please place your order a minimum of 7 BUSINESS DAYS prior to needing it and select the appropriate shipping method. Allocate extra time for any items from our Home Line (see below). We CANNOT guarantee delivery of last minute orders, or be responsible for transit delivery delays.

Please note that certain items from our Home Collection indicate that they will ship in a separate package than our other decor items. These items take 6-8 business days to ship from a separate facility, and this does not include transit time to your location. These items include:
Accessory Clutches, Backdrops/Wall Tapestries, Blankets, Tablecloths, Flags, Clothing, Mugs, CuttingBoards, Journals and Pillows.
If purchasing any of the above items along with our decor items, your decor items will ship within 1-2 business days while the Home Collection items will come in a separate shipment once completed (6-9 day turnaround). Please plan accordingly.

*Please note that ECONOMY does NOT offer tracking services and we are unable to track your order once it leaves our warehouse. If your order is time sensitive or you want to be able to track it (essential for filing lost package claims), we recommend selecting a higher level shipping option.
*THE SUNRISE TO SUNSET BOX HAS A FLAT $4.99 SHIPPING FEE FOR ALL US REGIONS. THIS FLAT RATE WILL STILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CART IF YOU EXCEED $100, HOWEVER YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED SHIPPING FOR THE OTHER ITEMS IN YOUR CART.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Our international shipping rates are now much more competitive. Shipping transit times vary by location, order weight and carrier selected. Here are some general guidelines for Canada, Australia, and most European countries:
- Economy, 7-12 business days: $14.99 and up
- Priority, 2-4 business days $24.99 and up
