SAHTEIN HANA platter
Sahtein is Arabic meaning “double health” and is a cultural expression for someone to enjoy their meal. The Sahtein Collection serveware is designed with this sense of inviting hospitality in mind, yet with a modern twist.
Each piece is hand-crafted from mango wood by artisans, and the designs finished with a food-safe enamel coating. The result is a unique heirloom, that takes as much care and time to create as the delicious meals that it serves.
The Sahtein Hana Platter features our exclusive “sahtein” calligraphic medallion in chic clay and white on a 5”x13” oval platter crafted from mango wood. The white areas feature clay speckles reminiscent of ceramics. The design is finished and sealed with a food-safe enamel coating.
IMPORTANT CARE INSTRUCTIONS: NOT microwave & NOT dishwasher safe. Clean gently by hand with a cool damp cloth and dry immediately. To protect wood & enamel finish, do not soak, clean under running water, use hot water, or allow to stay wet for an extended time. We do not advise serving hot liquids, hot foods in these pieces as it could damage the finish.
